Here at Provance Furniture, your satisfaction is important to us! Provance Furniture warrants that merchandise will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within one (1) year following the date of original delivery. Defect must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of occurrence. Proof of purchase is required to receive service. At the discretion of Provance Furniture, if the merchandise is deemed defective, we will repair and replace parts of the affected item only. If the repair is unsuccessful, as determined by Provance Furniture, you may reselect a new item of equal or greater value (you will be charged the difference) to exchange. We happily offer seven (7) days following the determination of the claim for the reselection period. For a same-item exchange, the warranty on the new order will be valid for the remainder of the warranty period of the original item. If selecting a different style item, the warranty period will restart. Exchanges are limited to two (2) times within the warranty period. For items covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, after one (1) year from the original delivery date, labor and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
